Customer Support Specialist

Build and develop a strong customer relationships and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues. Handle inquiries, complaints, disputes, returns or technical concerns of the customer in a timely, keen and pleasant manner for their satisfaction. Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to have a new and positive strategy on handling the customer’s issues and concerns.

Internet Marketing Specialist

Handle online sales and marketing and in-charge of market research on e-commerce trends including, but not limited to, market size and statistics relative to market expansion opportunities. Responsible on thorough pricing and updating the listings correctly to ensure that we have competitive prices and will be easier to search on the market.

Technical Support Specialist

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers’ complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to have a new and positive strategy on handling customers’ issues and concerns. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
